I chopped up an old song of mine called "111" and layered it over some chopped drums I had made months before. I sat on this one for a while until I decided to use it for this split. I worked it out a bunch, expanded the ideas and then had Brian and Henry lay down bass and guitar. This song is intentionally very abrasive and very rough/sharp around the edges. It is supposed to represent finally getting over and being at peace with a very long term toxic and deceitful relationship. Letting go of the anger and carrying on.
