I've known Mateo for years now. His guitar playing, singing, and songwriting are fantastic. I got a chance to record and then sample Mateo's playing over a couple of keys. I sat with this one which was just a chord progression he had in E Major. I chopped it, added drums, and had him write some vocals over it. Later I was fortunate to have my friends Samuel (Canteen Killa) and Chris Lee lay some synth bass and guitar down.
